A holistic approach, Humanistic therapy emphasizes your free will, self-discovery, and achieving your full potential. I incorporate Humanistic therapy in one simple belief: I believe each individual has the inherent strengths for growth, personal development, and self-actualization.

Attachment Theory
Attachment theory is at the center of my work with individuals, couples, and families. Attachment theory looks at the early childhood experiences with caregivers shape your emotions, behaviors, and sense of connection with others in adulthood.
